What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Credit and Debit cards and Bank Deposit. Payment made via credit and debit cards takes 3 business days to clear into our bank account.

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne.
 
How long does delivery take?
Within Victoria : 3-6 business days
All other states : 4-10 business days
 
What is your return policy?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All products except electronics products come with a 12-month warranty which you may seek a refund or replacement for the product.

You are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by us, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

Do we accept returns for change of mind?

Yes we do but please not we will charge a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What should I do if there is/are part(s) missing?

Please check the packaging very thoroughly as the small components might become loose during the shipping. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance.


Do you offer pickup?
Unfortunately no. Our warehouse isn't open to the public for privacy and security purposes.
